Executive Coaching

Coaching is a process for competences development, aimed in maximizing the customer’s personal and professional skills, reaching it’s full potential.

Through a variety of tools and techniques, the coaching process is designed to develop behavioral and leadership competences according to the customer’s specific targets to be reached.

The Coach role

As a coach I support the Customer through a thought-provoking and creative process that will drive him to increase self-knowledge and amplify his vision.

Through a constructivist and performance-oriented approach, the Coach fosters the Customer’s discovers and learnings for a competences’ development process that supports him in reaching his personal and career objectives.
